リンゴ、和柑橘のやさしい香り。心地よいフレッシュな酸に、熟れた和柑橘やリンゴ、洋梨の上品でやさしい果実味。ペットナットらしい軽快さと、身体にすっと馴染む柔らかさを備えた一本。

●ワイナリー紹介（おんみつわいんず）

おんみつわいんずは、2020年から耕作放棄地にぶどうを植え始め、2023年秋よりワイン醸造を開始。栽培と醸造は小倉伸一郎が担い、大学で培った科学的視点と行政官としての経験、そして約30年にわたる醸造経験を持つフランス人醸造家からの実地指導を基盤にワイン造りを行っています。フランスの技術をそのまま移植するのではなく、日本のぶどうと自然環境に合わせて咀嚼し直し、ぶどう本来の力を引き出すことを重視しています。

その実地指導の中核となっているのが、ジュラ地方を代表するナチュラルワインの造り手、ジャン・マルク・ブリニョ（Jean-Marc Brignot）。おんみつわいんずはブリニョから“手しごと”による低介入の哲学を学び、雑味のない清らかさと、心身にすっと入る飲み心地を追求しています。SISTERsシリーズは、そのブリニョのDNAを甲州で表現した象徴的な作品群です。

Gentle aromas of apple and Japanese citrus. Fresh, lively acidity leads to ripe citrus, apple and pear, with an elegant, soft fruit profile typical of pét-nat and a smooth, refreshing finish.

●About Winery (Onmitsu Wines)

Onmitsu Wines began planting vines on abandoned farmland in 2020 and started winemaking in autumn 2023. Led by Shinichiro Ogura, the estate integrates scientific insight with hands-on mentorship from an experienced French winemaker. Rather than copying French methods outright, Onmitsu adapts them to Japan’s climate and Koshu grapes, prioritizing gentle handling and minimal intervention.

A central influence is Jean-Marc Brignot of Jura, whose natural-wine philosophy emphasizes careful, handcrafted processes. Under Brignot’s guidance, Onmitsu has refined a style focused on purity, softness and wines that flow effortlessly into the body. The SISTERs PETNAT is a vivid expression of this shared approach.
