夕張メロン、ジンジャー、リコリスの香り。やさしい酸がメロンや蜜リンゴの果実味を引き立て、奥にはジンジャーや和三盆のような穏やかな和のニュアンスが感じられる、深みのあるオレンジワイン。

宮城県川崎町で2015年よりワイン造りを行う、小さな農場兼ワイナリー。 蔵王連峰の麓、畑と田んぼ、山と湖、小さな商店街とあたたかい人々に囲まれた穏やかな土地で、人と自然が共生する場づくりを目指しています。 「AL FIORE」（一輪の花）という名には、一輪の花のような魅力が種をこぼし、やがてお花畑のように多くの人々の幸せへ広がっていく願いが込められています。 耕作放棄地となっていた川崎町安達の畑を開墾し、志ある仲間たちと共に、人が集い、対等に手を取り合い、自然の恵みを分かち合う「お花畑」の基盤となる場所を育んでいます。

Aromas of Yubari melon, ginger, and licorice. Gentle acidity enhances the flavors of melon and honeyed apple, with delicate undertones of ginger and Japanese wasanbon sweetness adding depth and harmony.

Fattoria AL FIORE is a small farm-winery founded in 2015 in Kawasaki-machi, at the foot of the Zao mountain range in Miyagi, Japan. The name “AL FIORE” (“a single flower”) symbolizes their wish for a single bloom of joy to spread and become a field of happiness. Reviving abandoned farmland, they create wines alongside kindred spirits who share their passion for harmony between people, nature, and community.
