アンズや花の蜜の柔らかなアロマに、ほのかなジンジャーとアニスのニュアンス。 しっとりとした酸がアンズの穏やかな果実味を支え、ジンジャーや紅茶葉を思わせる優しい複雑味が心地よく広がる、ナチュラルで奥行きのあるオレンジワイン。

●ワイナリーについて（ファットリア アル フィオーレ）
宮城県川崎町で2015年よりワイン造りを行う、小さな農場兼ワイナリー。 蔵王連峰の麓、畑と田んぼ、山と湖、小さな商店街とあたたかい人々に囲まれた穏やかな土地で、人と自然が共生する場づくりを目指しています。 「AL FIORE」（一輪の花）という名には、一輪の花のような魅力が種をこぼし、やがてお花畑のように多くの人々の幸せへ広がっていく願いが込められています。 耕作放棄地となっていた川崎町安達の畑を開墾し、志ある仲間たちと共に、人が集い、対等に手を取り合い、自然の恵みを分かち合う「お花畑」の基盤となる場所を育んでいます。

About Winery (Fattoria AL FIORE)
Fattoria AL FIORE is a small farm-winery founded in 2015 in Kawasaki-machi, at the foot of the Zao mountain range in Miyagi, Japan. Inspired by the original restaurant “AL FIORE” (“a single flower”), their wines carry the hope that one flower of joy will spread into a vibrant field shared by many. By reclaiming abandoned fields and planting vines together with like-minded friends, they aim to create a place where people gather as equals, receive nature’s gifts, and share the joy of creation.
