バーデン地方カイザーシュトゥールの小さな家族ワイナリー。
醸造家イナ・ルイーザ・ウィラーは、ガイゼンハイムで栽培を学び、オーストリアやドイツでビオディナミを研鑽。
祖母の畑を受け継ぎ、2016年に初リリース（約3,000本）。
現在は2.5haを農薬に頼らず栽培し、1890年に遡る古いワイナリーを自ら改修中。
1年365日の畑の物語をワインに写し取ることを信条に、伝統と家族の歴史を大切にする造り手です。

Aromas of spice, quince, and peach liqueur. Notes of cardamom with a mineral-driven, smooth palate. The finish reveals hints of coffee, star anise, and herbs for a layered expression.

About Winery (Weingut Wheeler)
A small family estate in the Kaiserstuhl region of Baden, Germany. Winemaker Ina Luisa Wheeler studied viticulture at Geisenheim and refined her biodynamic practices in Austria and Germany. She inherited her grandmother’s vineyards and released her first vintage in 2016 (approx. 3,000 bottles). Today, she farms 2.5 hectares without pesticides and is restoring a winery dating back to 1890. Dedicated to capturing the “365-day story of the vineyard,” she crafts wines that honor tradition and family heritage.
