山形県南陽市に拠点を構えるグレープリパブリックは、気候・地勢・土壌に人や文化まで含めた“テロワール”を重視する自然派ワイナリー。除草剤・殺虫剤・肥料・酸化防止剤を用いず、天然酵母のみで醸造。スペイン製陶器アンフォラ17基で発酵し、ブドウ本来の生命力を引き出す。2015年より有機栽培を開始し、耕作放棄地の再生と新規就農者の支援に取り組み、“ぶどう共和国＝GRAPE REPUBLIC”の創出を目指している。

Based in Nanyo, Yamagata, GRAPE REPUBLIC champions terroir-driven, natural winemaking. No herbicides, pesticides, fertilizers, or added SO₂ are used; only native yeasts and 17 Spanish ceramic amphorae for fermentation.
