インドネシア人は(も)たまごが大好き。暑い国ならではだと思いますがゆで卵を揚げてソースにからめる料理も多種多様です。
これはブンブバリという甘辛のブンブバリでからめています。冷めてもおいしくごはんとの相性もばっちりです。個人的にはじゃがいものブンブバリも肉じゃがのようで好きです。

This is a sweet and spicy Bumbu Bali. Even when it's cold, it's delicious and goes great with rice. Personally, I like the Bumbu Bali as well, because it looks like meat potatoes.
