●蔵元紹介（南部美人）
南部美人は、日本三大杜氏の筆頭に数えられる南部杜氏の洗練された技術と伝統を現在に受け継ぎ、「酒造りは何年やっても、毎年が一年生。」という言葉を胸に酒造りに実直に取り組んでいます。

技術と伝統を受け継いだ蔵人たちは、地域密着の農商工連携による地産地消の日本酒造りに取り組むだけでなく、現代の健康志向に対応すべく、糖類甘味料を一切使わない日本酒製法の技術を応用した糖類無添加リキュールの開発に挑戦し、商品化に成功しました。その製造技術は「果実リキュールの製造方法及び果実リキュール」として特許を取得しています。

1997年から海外への進出に積極的に挑戦し、今では多数の国々へ「サザンビューティー（Southern Beauty）」の名称で親しまれています。2013年にはユダヤ教の教義に基づく「コーシャ（kosher）」認定を「日本酒」と「糖類無添加梅酒」で同時に取得しました。

南部美人は、古くからの伝統と新しい技術を融合させながら、これからも「綺麗で美しい酒」を造り続けています。

●About Brewery (Nanbu Bijin)
Nanbu Bijin inherits the refined craftsmanship and traditions of the Nanbu Toji, one of Japan’s three great brewing guilds. Guided by the belief that “no matter how many years we brew, every year we are beginners,” the brewery continues to approach sake making with sincerity and dedication.
