岐阜県高山市、北アルプスを一望できる高地に位置する小さな醸造所で、
飛騨牛を育てる個人農家が「循環型農業」の一環としてビール造りを始めました。
醸造過程で生じる麦芽・ホップかすは牛の飼料となり、堆肥は有機農法の土づくりに還元。
地域の農業と共存するサステナブルなビール造りを続けています。

天然水と自社培養酵母を使用し、素材の力を最大限に引き出す丁寧な醸造。
