Founded in 1907 in Tsunan, Niigata, Naeba Shuzo is a historic sake brewery in one of Japan’s snowiest regions.
Their former brand “Kamosu Mori,” released in 2019, gained high acclaim as a single-step brewed, bag-pressed, unfiltered sake.
In 2024, the brand was renamed “Yuki no Mayu,” with no change in quality or price. With a new year-round brewing facility, they continue producing refined, fresh sake with a delicate effervescence.
