オレンジピールとハーブの香り。軽やかな酸、熟れたリンゴの果実味。フレッシュで心地よいタンニンが全体をまとめるバランスのよい味わい。

山形県南陽市に拠点を構えるグレープリパブリックは、気候・地勢・土壌に人や文化まで含めた“テロワール”を重視する自然派ワイナリー。除草剤・殺虫剤・肥料・酸化防止剤を使わず、天然酵母のみで醸造。スペイン製陶器アンフォラ17基で発酵し、ブドウ本来の生命力を表現する。2015年より有機栽培を開始し、耕作放棄地の再生と新規就農者の支援に取り組み、“ぶどう共和国＝GRAPE REPUBLIC”の創出を目指している。
